La psoriasis es una enfermedad inflamatoria cr\u00f3nica que se caracteriza por la proliferaci\u00f3n exagerada de queratinocitos como respuesta a la activaci\u00f3n del sistema inmunitario por medio de linfocitos T en regiones cut\u00e1neas focales. La psoriasis pustulosa anular es una patolog\u00eda poco frecuente, variante de la psoriasis pustulosa generalizada, donde la respuesta a los tratamientos es m\u00e1s variable y cuya fisiopatolog\u00eda involucra la mutaci\u00f3n de los genes IL-36RN y CARD14. En la actualidad, son pocos los casos cl\u00ednicos reportados en la literatura cient\u00edfica.
